The most recent release on Prime Video, “Gangs of Lagos,” is one of the top three movies worldwide, according to Flixpatrol.
The film, which was produced by Kemi Lala Akindoju and directed by Jade Osiberu, came out on April 7.
The top 10 films now streaming on Prime worldwide were listed on April 9 by the streaming data aggregator website FlixPatrol.
In order to “help producers better understand viewers’ taste and popularity moods towards creating better and more successful films and TV shows,” the site is known to collect all available streaming data on movies and TV shows.
Within the first two days of its release on Prime Video, “Gangs of Lagos” was ranked third.
“Die Hart the Movie” and “On a Wing and a Prayer” are in first and second place, respectively.
Pathaan, Clarkson’s Farm, Everything Everywhere All at Once, Fall, Perfect Addiction, John Wick, and John Wick: Chapter Two are the fourth through tenth films that were ranked following “Gangs of Lagos,” in that order.
Tobi Bakre, Adesua Etomi-Wellington, Zlatan, Pasuma, and Chike are among the actors who appear in “Gangs of Lagos.”
The story of a group of friends navigating destiny while growing up on the streets of Lagos is told in the film.
